Brighton Van Man is a Sussex based independent IKEA home delivery and assembly specialist company providing regular IKEA collections and deliveries at competitive rates. We have almost a decade's worth of experience collecting , delivering and assembling IKEA products to homes and workplaces across Sussex.
We also offer a flat pack assembly service thus providing a one stop shop for all your IKEA shopping needs. We can honestly say we are total flatpack solution experts.
We are extremely customer focussed, with the knowledge that exceptional service is the key to success in any business.
IKEA HOME DELIVERY AND HOW IT WORKS:
Getting your IKEA home delivery could not be easier:
1) Choose your IKEA items
2) Email your order with article numbers
3) Arrange a time for delivery
4) Pay for items with the delivery charge when you have received your order. With regards payment it is much easier to pay and be paid in cash. (But not essential!)
You will be kept informed throughout as to when you can expect your IKEA delivery, you certainly won't have to wait around all day for it to arrive!
The delivery charge depends on the cost, size and number of items to be collected and delivered. Typical prices would be:

IKEA COLLECTION, DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY
We can take care of the whole process of your IKEA furniture requirements.
Simply email a list of items and we can provide a quote for collection, delivery and assembly. We can then arrange a suitable time for our experienced assembler(s) to deliver and assemble the items.
We are covered by £1 million public liability insurance.
The majority of items delivered are in perfect condition. Occasionally this is not the case.
We will of course replace anything that has been damaged as a result of mishandling / damaged in transit free of charge as soon as possible (upon next IKEA trip).
It is also possible for damaged boxes to be loaded onto the van. This can go unnoticed and the same applies as above.
We can't accept responsibility for the contents of boxes which have been delivered in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to contact IKEA and arrange replacement parts to be sent out. The same applies for missing parts. By all means contact me in this event and I can advise you of the best procedure.
We can return products that are unwanted but charge 75% of the original delivery fee.
The small print:
* Extra charges may apply to mattresses, sofas and armchairs due to the room they take up in the van. Price on application
** Extra charges may be incurred for 5 or more items.
*** Delivery costs are for Brighton & Hove. Please enquire for prices in other areas.
**** Prices are for delivery times up to 5pm Mon-Fri. Other times and weekend delivery may incur an extra charge.
***** IKEA goods must be paid for upon delivery. Late payment may incur an admin charge plus late payment fee. We do not offer credit under any cirumstances.
****** Vouchers received as reward for IKEA promotions are retained by us.
******* Family Card discount offers - money saved on such deals on our family card is retained by us.
